Summary (in English): Oral Caution Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program: The College received a complaint about the Registrant’s joint and individual therapy services provided to a couple. The Panel identified concerns with the Registrant’s ability to maintain professional boundaries, assessment, treatment and record-keeping practices. On January 17, 2024, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee required the Registrant to complete a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program (SCERP) by completing courses on ethics and boundaries, and record-keeping, and attending clinical supervision. The Panel also required the Registrant to appear before the Panel to be cautioned. Current status: Completed.
