After investigating the report, the Panel identified concerns about the Registrant’s cooperation with the College during an investigation. On October 17, 2024, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee required the Registrant to appear before the Panel to be cautioned. Current status: Completed.

The Panel identified concerns with the Registrant’s ability to maintain professional boundaries, assessment, treatment and record-keeping practices. On January 17, 2024, the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee required the Registrant to complete a Specified Continuing Education and Remediation Program (SCERP) by completing courses on ethics and boundaries, and record-keeping, and attending clinical supervision.
