Your username is the email address you have on file with CRPO. This is the same email CRPO uses to send you communication. Use an email account that is checked frequently; has sufficient storage space; and has security settings that you can control. Certain hospitals, schools or organizations have firewalls that may block emails with many recipients or those sent by an email service. This could result in missed emails from the College, and you might miss important information. For more tips about College communications, see here.

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password? to reset. After five incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked. After one minute your account will unlock.

As a reminder, all fees paid to CRPO are non-refundable. If you login and are prompted to pay a fee that you believe you have already paid, please email [email protected] before you proceed with making a payment.
